| To register online you need to print out the correct registration form, medical treatment consent and liability waiver. We must have these forms completed in order to place your child on a team. Please make your check or money order payable to Kearsley Youth Football & Cheer and mail it to KYFC, 195 Blue Spruce Lane, Flint, MI 48506. If registering for football, we must have a copy of your child's birth certificate, prior to placing them on a team. ALL Football players & cheerleaders must have a physical (dated on or after 04/15/11) by the first day of practice. |

| With each paid registration: Football players will receive a jersey with name on back and socks to keep. Cheerleaders/Dancers will receive a hoodie and hair-tie to keep. |
